The first hotel is the best option! The next two hotels, Martim Hotels, are almost opposite each other and also right by the train station - just where the airport bus shuttle or the airport train drops you. Although they are a little away from the city center, the proximity to the main tram center makes it easy to reach the university and city center (Luisenplatz).

Further out, one can always park in Heidelberg as there is a dedicated Lufthansa Bus that takes you there [Hotel Crowne Plaza] directly from the airport [Right outside Terminal 1/B].
